1. All deposits are non refundable upon cancellation or non payment of order.
2. Full payment including shipping costs must be made before shipment of your order.
3. Items are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 30 days.
4. Pricing and product selections subject to change at Evilusions discretion.
5. Due to the handmade nature of products they can vary slightly in appearance or material.
6. All designs, names, images, creations are property of Evilusions LLC, and can not be reproduced without written consent.
7. Orders are produced in the order in which they are received. If you have special requirements, please contact us. On average, 8 weeks for delivery is standard but can go as far as 2 years depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
8. Client further agrees to indemnify and hold Vendor harmless with respect to any death or personal injury claims or actions arising from the use of Client’s products or services or attendance at Client’s attraction or event.
